If you're not totally satisfied with your purchase, simply submit your issue (including your order #) through our contact page, and we'll get to work on figuring out the best solution.

This does NOT include:
- items that have been tampered with after they've been opened.
- damages unrelated to the quality of the materials of the item.
- custom pieces.
- items that have been held for over 14 days.
